Heritage Landing offers you a variety of convenient and affordable event and meeting rental options.
All gatherings over 25 people have been cancelled until further notice.
The daily guest limits do not apply to guests attending a Patron-sponsored function at a rented Facility. Guest limits and policies apply immediately following the end of the rental period.
Please note that the Amenity Centers are unavailable for private events on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day ~ Easter Sunday ~ Memorial Day Weekend
4th of July ~ Labor Day ~ Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve ~ Christmas Day ~ New Year’s Eve
The Heritage Room - $50 (25 Person Limit)

Pool parties are not available at this time.
Rentals are available in 4 hour blocks and all reservations should include set up and clean up times.
Additional fees apply for parties over 25 people and after office hours. (Currently not available)
Payment must be made in person in the form of checks or money orders. NO CASH
